Being Well is a philosophy that has been a motto for Tracy for many years as she struggled through Crohns, anxiety and depression, raising 5 children and empty nesting. Being well is a mental, physical and spiritual goal.
Tracy has been a Registered Nurse since 1994. She has worked in a variety of settings from the hospital to the University setting, from the city to the country setting, from the beginning of life to the last moments. She is a Nationally Board Cerftified Coach for Health, Wellness and Life coaching that focuses on transitions. She is also a Reiki Holy Fire III and Usui Master Practitioner and an Integrated Energy Therapy ® Master Practitoner. She is certified in Sound Therapy for Crystal Healing Bowls and Tuning Forks.
